Our story

Diriga Recruiting grew out of a frustration shared by hiring managers and candidates alike: generalist staffing firms did not understand the defense industry. They could not speak the language of clearances, ITAR, or program security. They sent unqualified candidates and wasted everyone's time.

Our founding team came from defense industry backgrounds. They had sat on both sides of the hiring table and understood what was missing: a recruiting firm staffed by people who had actually worked in classified environments, who understood what "mission-ready" really means, and who treated candidates as partners rather than products.

As a member of the Diriga Services family, we combine the personal attention and deep specialization of a boutique firm with the stability and resources of an established organization. Today, Diriga Recruiting operates across six major defense hubs, serving both employers and candidates with equal dedication.
